Instructions

How to measure:

1. Measure slope length,

normally from one leg to the second leg alongside the slope.

2. Measure the gap

a) put a spirit level on-top of the surface so the spirit level end is above the leg at the higher end of the slope.  b) lift the spirit level, until level, at the leg on the lower side of the slope.  c) measure the gap above the lower leg, between surface and spirit level.

3. Decide about the block size of the wedge.

The wedge should be slightly bigger than the foot.

4. You might want to have an edge around

It can prevent slipping off the wedge. Decide on width of the edge and it's height.

Printing Instructions:

I printed the block in place, meaning there is a gap to the printing platform and it has to be supported.

The idea behind is:

the top surface is a bit rough to make it less slippery.
the bottom surface is really rough after the the support is removed, which will make sure to keep the wedge in place.

Printing it upside down, gives nicer the wedge a nicer bottom,
and is still rough enough not to slip.
Note: if printed with edge, an upside down print requires good gap spanning, support material is difficult to remove. So I printed it without support.

Infill

40% infill will support heavy item,
Bar fridge, with 3 18l kegs,stays on 30% infill, without issues.
