Fan Duct for Sarf's Groove Mount
Finally, the fan duct has been completed. The mount are also added to the groove lock to be compatible with AndrewBCN's fan duct here http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:540716 and here http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:154834
The fan duct are still not tested in real world yet and how the fan duct improves the quality are unknown. This design are based on Tom Sanladerer's (I think) suggestion of a good fan duct design having the air to blow from more than one side so the printed object won't get warped on one side. The design is quite weird since it is designed to sit in front of the existing e3d v6 30mm fan by covering it there and you are unable to see your hot end/nozzle after mounting this.
The groove lock are compatible with the previous versions, from v1 to v3, and has been trimmed a little from 13mm to about 11mm thick (height) so it won't obstruct or tilted the e3d 30mm fan with the mount.
The big object is visualization of how it should be mounted and there's no need to print, only the other 3 objects are needed
Credit to AndrewBCN for the very short arm design
Disadvantages:
Due to the original design of v1-v3, when rotating the 30mm fan to the sides underneath the mount, it will be tilted and I personally think this is not a good idea because of the mount being forced to expand than it normally wold (tilted when it shouldn't) and slightly compromised airflow to cool the heat sink. In order to rotate/remove/change/maintain the hot end, there's no other way than to dismount the fan duct first before releasing the groove lock screw, also this design are for m4 screws only based on v2
