Lulzbot TAZ bearing / bushing holders with tightening clamps

Standard TAZ bearing holders, with an addition for clamping them around the IGUS bushings.

The IGUS bushings have a tendency to wear or become loose, allowing for play in the axes. Hopefully this will be a simple solution to this problem. I have not tested this part as of yet, but it seems to work. I'll post results when I do print + test it.

To use these clamps, you'll need m3 screws that are greater 12mm in length. You'll also need m3 nuts for the m3 screws.
For each double bearing holder: 2x m3 nuts + 2x m3 screws
For each single bearing holder: 1x m3 nut + 1x m3 screw
