Summary

The lug broke of our maxi cosi pebble car seat button, so here is a 3D printable replacement. I made one for each side in PLA about a month ago and they're still holding strong.

Instructions

2 models are included with original CAD files. Drawn in Designspark Mechnical. The first is a simple copy of the original part. The second has been modified to allow printing without support.

It's a little bit tight and I had to file it down a bit to make it fit.

Update (October 2015) :-
I have uploaded a slightly scaled down version in both LH and RH variants as mine was a tight fit.

Beware that PLA gets soft when left in a hot car(without your child obviously), so i'd recommend using a higher temperature material such as PET or ABS.
