Summary

So after buying M10 washers that were way too big and caught my Y bearings zip ties I decided not to buy new washers but instead get new bearing holders. So these have nothing going around the bearing and hugs it instead, clearing the space under the bearing.

Instructions

I printed this right on top of my buildtak plate with no raft and a little higher temperature than usual to really get a good layer adhesion as the taps have a tendency to snap otherwise.
I decided to leave the original zip tie holes to reduce warping and cutting some weight as I print these solid.
As it's not a very detailed part the extra temperature shouldn't mess things up. I also used a very low quality setting to get it done fast and the extra ruggedness gives you some room for filing things to a nice snug fit.
I tried printing it with ABS as well but due to the wanted extra layer adhesion my printer can't print it as it'll be too hot.
