It's a magnetic mount for your car!

Instructions

I purchased the MPOW magic Car Mount for my wife's nexus 5. It came with 2 metal plates and I thought it a shame that I couldn't have a mount for my car as well so I modeled this mount after the MPOW mount. I am using 7 of these neodymium magnets. They are 12.65mm x 3.18mm if my cheap caliper is to be believed.

If this prints well I will use a latex glove or balloon to cover the magnets and vent mount to increase the friction.

I modeled this while at work and sent it to my printer at home to print today (8/20/2015) I will make necessary adjustments after I test.

I'm printing with the M3D Micro via Octoprint and Cura w/ 70% infill.

Printing this with nijaflex is the way to go! I recommend gluing the magnets as the friction will not keep them in place.
