Hot-end mount for Ormerod for a Chinese E3D replika

Hello,

this is a hot-end mount for a cheap Chinese E3D replika for an Ormerod MK1 or MK2. It is suitable only for the old x-carriage. It is not designed for version 546.1 and upwards. It may work but it also may fail to work.

Features:

• Mounting holes for dc42's proximity sensors (except for the mini version)
• Enough holes for cable ties
• Mounting hole for a LED that should not influence the proximity sensor
• Prepared for a second fan duct holder

At the moment it is untested.

V1.2:

• Fixed designing issues
• Completely rework
• Changed nozzle height
• Improved cable ties
• Strongen connection holes for sensor
• Carriage part is now thicker
• Some small designing changes

V1.1:

• Removed cable duct as it is not practicable.
• Added pocket for the heater block as it was too close at the plastic and I do not want to risk melting
• Strengthened the LED hole as well as the sensor mounting holes.
