K8200 Z axis holder

New Z axis holder of a smooth rod 10mm for T-slot bar. Created for reinforcement of the axis holding.

Use M5x30mm and M5x17mm hexagonal bolts for assembley.

Keep in mind that the holders differ depending on the position (up and down).
