Double Bowden Extruder for Aluminium Extrusion 20x20

What is it?

Double extruder for alluminium extrusions Profil 5 20x20, usually used on most of DIY CoreXY Printers, with possibility to move the area of bearing-spool contact up to 10° (see pictures), in case you need to print Nylon, Flexible materials and so.

Does it work?

I still have no idea since i've never printed it, gonna try it out as soon as possible and write down a feedback in case it works (hope so).

What do you need for it?

• 2xStepper Motor Nema17/23 dimensions
• 2xHeatsink (it's not necessary)
• 2x608ZZ bearing
• 2xDirect drive gear
• 12xM3x30mm cilindric head (ø7mm head) bolts
• 2xM8x20mm max head width 5.5mm screws
• 2xM8 nuts
• 2xBearing_Pusher.stl
• 1xRight.stl
• 1xLeft.stl
  
  ..and of course a printer with allumiunium extrusions, or make a support to mount it in somewhere else.
